学院简介

护理学院是青岛大学的36个学院(部)之一。学院成立于2000年12月,现有教职工28人,其中专业教师19人,专任教师中教授1人,副教授6人,具有博士学位教师15名。全日制本科在校生404人,其中本科生299人,硕士研究生105人。自建院以来,护理学院传承和发扬了历代护理人“仁爱、励志、严谨、求实”的理念和精神,立足改革促发展,凝心聚力创一流,经过十几年的努力,护理学院实现了学科专业的飞速发展。

青岛大学护理教育始于1946年国立山东大学高级护士学校,1995年开始护理专科教育,1998年开始护理本科教育,2003年获批护理学硕士学位授权点,2010年成为我国首批护理硕士专业学位授权点之一。2015年护理学专业学位授权点顺利通过教育部专项评估,2016年在教育部第四轮学科评估中,青岛大学护理学科评估结果名列全国第31位。2020年获批国家级一流本科建设点,是山东省应用型人才培养专业、山东省教育服务新旧动能转换专业对接产业项目重要专业之一。2020年以优异成绩通过教育部护理学专业认证。2022年在GDI大学一流学科排行榜中,青岛大学护理学科名列全国第27位。

学院设有基础护理学教研室、成人护理学教研室、妇产暨儿童护理学教研室、社区暨老年护理学教研室、护理学人文教研室、临床护理学教研室六个教研室和一个护理学实验中心。拥有一支“专、兼”结合的“双师型”教师队伍,师资力量雄厚,人员结构合理,学历层次较高,专职教师中,具有博士学位教师占比78.9%,学院将继续加大高层次人才的引进力度,努力打造治学严谨、教学与科研能力较强、在国内护理学界具有一定影响力的教师团队。

学院在护理人才培养过程中始终坚持育人以学生为本,办学以教师为本,不断深化教育教学改革,探索“通识+专业+临床”的护理人才培养模式,取得了较为丰硕的教育教学改革成果。建成中国大学MOOC 2门、省级一流课程3门、研究生优质课程3门、省级优秀共享课程2门、省级精品课程4门,荣获省级教学成果奖二等奖3项、三等奖1项,省级课程思政示范案例2个、省级优秀共享课程一等奖1项、省级在线教学优秀案例二等奖1项。

学院按照“建平台、育团队、出成果”的工作思路,鼓励教师积极申报各类科研课题,加强科研团队建设,鼓励教师间的科研合作,培育形成较高水平的科研创新团队,提高教师科研能力和水平。近五年,学院教师获批国家自然科学基金4项、教育部人文社科项目2项、山东省自然科学基金面上项目10项、省级科研项目20余项,发表高水平研究论文320篇,授权专利15项,主编、副主编或参编国家级规划教材、著作24部。

学院构建了“实验-见习-实习”实践教学体系,拥有丰富的临床资源和雄厚的教学科研条件,包括青岛大学附属医院、附属青岛市中心医院、附属青岛妇女儿童医院、附属烟台毓璜顶医院等8所直属附属医院、3所见实习医院、18所临床医学院,可供教学实习的床位20000余张,生均拥有床位7.44张。2015年新增北京协和医院为临床实习基地。学院还将继续开辟更多知名的医院为临床教学实践基地,充分利用这些三级甲等综合性教学医院集医疗、教学、科研、预防保健和康复为一体的区域医疗中心的资源优势,为培养具有国际视野和创新精神的护理人才提供保障。

学院注重学生综合素质的培养,发挥护理教育中的学科优势,在教学中注重社会、心理、人文知识的拓展,注重临床思维和评判性思维的培养,全面提升学生的综合素质。学生参加国家护士职业资格考试通过率100%,优秀率85%以上,本科生一次性就业率达到95%以上,研究生一次性就业率100%。很多毕业学生已经成为医院护理战线和护理院校的骨干力量,得到社会用人单位的广泛认可。护理专业人才培养在山东半岛起到了良好的示范和辐射带动作用。

The School of Nursing is one of the 36 colleges (departments) of Qingdao University. Established in December 2000, the school currently has 28 full-time faculty and staff members, including 19 faculty members. Among them, one is full professor, six are associate professors, and 15 hold doctoral degrees. There are 404 full-time students, including 299 undergraduate students and 105 master's students. Since its establishment, the School of Nursing has inherited and carried forward the concept and spirit of "benevolence, aspiration, rigor, and pragmatism" of generations of nurses. It has focused on reform and development, concentrated its efforts to strive for excellence, and after more than a decade of hard work, the School of Nursing has achieved rapid development in its disciplines and specialties.

Nursing education at Qingdao University dates back to 1946 when the National Shandong University Senior Nursing School was established. In 1995, nursing diploma education began, followed by nursing undergraduate education in 1998. In 2003, the school was authorized to grant master's degrees in nursing, and in 2010, it became one of the first institutions in China to be authorized to grant professional master's degrees in nursing. In 2015, the authorization for the professional master's degree in nursing was successfully assessed by the Ministry of Education. In the fourth round of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education in 2016, Qingdao University's nursing discipline was ranked 31st in the country. In 2020, it was approved as a national first-class undergraduate program and became one of the important majors for cultivating applied talents in Shandong Province and for the transformation of education services in the province. In the same year, it obtained the certification for nursing education from the Ministry of Education with outstanding results. In 2022, Qingdao University's nursing discipline was ranked 27th in the country in the GDI University Discipline Ranking.

The School of Nursing has six teaching and research offices: Fundamental Nursing, Adult Nursing, Maternal and Child Nursing, Community and Gerontological Nursing, Nursing Humanities, and Clinical Nursing. It has a teaching and research laboratory for nursing. The school has a hybrid faculty team that combines full-time and part-time faculty members. With a strong faculty and a reasonable staff structure, the school has a high level of education, with 78.9% of full-time faculty members holding doctoral degrees. The school will continue to strengthen the recruitment of high-level talents and strive to build a faculty team with rigorous scholarship, strong teaching and research capabilities, and a certain influence in the field of nursing in China.

In the process of nursing talent cultivation, the school has always adhered to the student-centered approach to education and the teacher-centered approach to running the school. It has continuously deepened educational and teaching reforms and explored a nursing talent cultivation model of "general education + specialization + clinical practice," achieving fruitful results in educational and teaching reforms. The school has developed two courses for the Chinese University MOOC, three provincial first-class courses, three high-quality courses for postgraduate students, two provincial excellent shared courses, and four provincial excellent courses. It has won three second prizes and one third prize in provincial teaching achievement awards, two provincial model cases for ideological and political courses, one first prize for provincial excellent shared courses, and one second prize for provincial excellent online teaching cases.

The school follows the working principle of "building platforms, nurturing teams, and achieving results." It encourages faculty members to actively apply for various research projects, strengthens the construction of research teams, promotes collaboration among faculty members in scientific research, and cultivates high-level scientific research and innovation teams to improve teachers' research capabilities and levels. In the past five years, the school's faculty members have been granted four national natural science foundation projects, two humanities and social science projects from the Ministry of Education, more than 10 provincial natural science foundation projects, and over 20 provincial research projects. They have published 320 high-level research papers, obtained 15 authorized patents, and edited, co-edited, or contributed to 24 national planning textbooks and works.

The school has established a practical teaching system of "experimentation, shadowing, and internship." It has abundant clinical resources and strong teaching and research conditions, including eight affiliated hospitals, such as Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital, Qingdao Central Hospital, Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital, and Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital. There are an additional of three hospitals for shadowing and internship and 18 clinical medical colleges. There are more than 20,000 beds available for teaching internships, with an average of 7.44 beds per student. In 2015, Beijing Union Medical College Hospital also became a clinical internship base. The school will continue to open up more renowned hospitals as clinical teaching and practice bases, fully utilizing the resources of these tertiary first-class comprehensive teaching hospitals that integrate medical care, teaching, research, preventive care, and rehabilitation, to provide a guarantee for the cultivation of nursing professionals with an international perspective and innovative spirit.

The school emphasizes the comprehensive development of students' qualities, leverages the advantages of nursing education, pays attention to the expansion of social, psychological, and humanistic knowledge in teaching, and focuses on cultivating clinical thinking and critical thinking to enhance students' comprehensive qualities. Students’ pass rate for the national nurse qualification examination has maintained 100%, with an excellence rate of over 85%. The employment rate for undergraduate students is over 95% on their first attempt, and the employment rate for graduate students is 100%. Many graduates have become backbone forces in hospitals and nursing colleges and have been widely recognized by employers. The nursing talent cultivation at the School of Nursing has played a good exemplary and radiating role on the Shandong Peninsula.
