王爱敏，青岛大学护理学院教授，博士生导师。兼任全国高等学校护理学专业本科教材评审委员会委员，山东省本科教育教学指导委员会护理类专业教育指导委员会秘书长，山东省护理学会护理教育专业委员会副主任委员，山东省首届专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员，青岛市护理学会副理事长。主持国家级和省级一流课程项目，主持完成山东省教育厅高效教学改革项目7项，获批山东省自然科学基金1项，获省级教学成果2项，发表高水平论文40余篇。参编人民卫生出版社高等学校规划教材6部，任《外科护理学》、《护理学导论》等教材副主编。
